Held by the land, I guide women back to the quiet knowing within their bodies.

I am Ewa, a psychologist and trauma-informed bodywork practitioner supporting women in returning to their bodies, softening emotional patterns, and awakening their feminine essence.

My work weaves Myofascial Energetic Release (MER), Pelvic & Heart Release, somatic trauma principles, intuitive touch, and feminine embodiment. Through these modalities, I support women through both physical and emotional layers, releasing stored patterns, softening trauma imprints, and reconnecting them to presence. I guide women to release tension, reconnect with sensation, and meet themselves with truth and tenderness.

I walk with winged feet across wild oceans and inner landscapes, guided by the wind of transformation. I rest in the arms of forests, dance with trees, breathe with the sun, whisper to rivers, and ground myself in the ancient wisdom of Mother Earth. This intimate bond with the natural world shapes the way I listen, the way I hold space, and the way I understand the body.

Rooted in nature’s wisdom and shaped by my own journey through anxiety, numbness, and the slow return to embodied presence, I offer a grounded and deeply attuned space where the body leads and nothing is forced.

My path is also nourished by the teachings of Tantra, a living practice of presence, tenderness, breath, and conscious sensuality. It is a devotion to meeting oneself with honesty, innocence, and love, and it infuses the way I support women in reconnecting with the quiet pulse of their feminine essence.

Through 1:1 sessions, mentorship, and women’s gatherings, I support women in reconnecting with the deeper current of their aliveness, growing back into themselves like a flower turning toward the sun.
